The add‑on expands SEI's footprint into California and bolsters its presence in single‑family, multi‑family and light commercial new construction markets; terms were not disclosed.

Infinity Home Services (IHS), a Brookfield, Wisconsin-based exterior remodeling platform, has acquired Ken's Parkhill Roofing, a family-owned residential and commercial roofing contractor serving Northeast Ohio for more than 70 years. The deal adds a respected local roofing brand to IHS's portfolio as part of its strategy to build a network of premier roofing companies and expand its Midwest footprint.

TopBuild Acquires Residential Insulation Business of SRI Holdings

SRI Holdings Acquires Accurate Insulation

SRI Holdings LLC, a Columbus-based installer of insulation and other building products, has acquired Accurate Insulation, an installer operating in the Detroit, Michigan market. Accurate will continue to operate under its name with owners Jim Prokes and Dave Roeder remaining with the business and will be integrated into SRI's systems as part of SRI's ongoing roll-up of regional contractors.
