StarCompliance (Marlin) Acquires ETHIX360

StarCompliance, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired ETHIX360 and will merge ETHIX360's compliance products into StarCompliance's employee compliance platform. The deal expands StarCompliance's SaaS capabilities in case management, policy management, training and whistleblowing, enabling cross-sell into Star's financial-services footprint and ETHIX360's multi-vertical client base.
