The deal expands Tulkoff’s North American footprint by combining its product-development expertise with Celtrade’s R&D and private-label capabilities, including additional manufacturing flexibility in the United States and Canada.

The add-on deal expands Stir’s manufacturing capacity and packaging capabilities (including large/small pouches and rigid formats) and strengthens the combined company’s retail, private label and foodservice offerings.

Stir Foods Acquires Lancaster Fine Foods

Stir Foods, a Wind Point Partners-backed platform, has acquired Lancaster Fine Foods, a private-label and contract manufacturer of sauces, dressings and condiments, expanding Stir's manufacturing footprint to the U.S. East Coast. SQF-certified facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and is an add-on designed to increase capacity, geographic reach and service for retail, industrial and foodservice customers.
