Stonecourt Capital announced a $775 million transaction with Arizona-based Moon Valley Nurseries to provide capital and strategic support for accelerated growth. Funds managed by the Credit Group of Ares Management are providing financing; Stonecourt will partner with founder and CEO Les Blake and the management team to pursue acquisitions, open additional retail locations, and expand the company’s geographic footprint.
