StoneX Group Acquires GAIN Capital/GAA; Daniels Trading Rebranded under StoneX

StoneX Group Inc. completed the acquisition of GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary Global Asset Advisors, LLC, bringing brands including Daniels Trading, Top Third Ag Marketing and FuturesOnline into the StoneX network. Daniels Trading (an introducing futures broker based in Chicago) has unveiled a StoneX-branded offering and expanded services leveraging StoneX's global execution, clearing and retail trading platforms.

Converge Technology Solutions Acquires Stone Technologies Group (Stone Group)

Converge Technology Solutions Corp. agreed to acquire UK-based Stone Technologies Group Limited (Stone Group), a provider of circular IT and managed IT services to education, public and private sector clients. The deal (subject to regulatory approvals) expands Converge’s European footprint and adds Stone’s sustainability-focused IT recycling and managed services capabilities to Converge’s global platform; sellers included Souter Investments and RJD Partners.

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers (CIVC Portfolio Company) Acquires John Stark & Company

SIB Corp., operating as StoneRidge Insurance Brokers and backed by private equity firm CIVC Partners, has acquired John Stark & Company, a family-owned full-service insurance brokerage with offices in Barrie and Coldwater, Ontario. The acquisition expands StoneRidge’s personal, commercial and life insurance offerings and continues SIB’s roll-up strategy in Canada; Stark is the eighth transaction since SIB partnered with CIVC in 2019.

The Bluebird Group Acquires OneStone Solutions Group

The Bluebird Group, a Minneapolis-based omni-channel commerce agency, has acquired OneStone Solutions Group, a retail media and Amazon/Walmart services provider with offices in Bentonville, Arkansas and Denver, Colorado. The acquisition adds OneStone's Amazon account management, retail media advertising and creative capabilities to Bluebird's omni-channel offering to accelerate eCommerce and retail .com services for brand clients.

Stellex Capital Management Acquires Fox Brothers Holdings Group

Fibronostics Acquires Stone Clinical Laboratories
