A veteran-led ownership team, Summit Point Leadership LLC, formed through Rice University's Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Lab and led by Dan Maxwell, has acquired the business of LDR Leadership LLC. The ceremonial signing occurred on November 11, 2025 and the transaction formally closed on December 23, 2025; LDR Partners LP was the seller and will donate a portion of proceeds to Rice Business.
