Suntex Marina Investors Acquires Saguaro Lake Marina

Suntex Marina Investors LLC, in partnership with Centerbridge Partners, L.P., has acquired Saguaro Lake Marina near Mesa, Arizona. The marina expands Suntex's Phoenix-area footprint (its third marina and third Suntex Boat Club within a two-hour drive of Phoenix) and includes slips, covered slips, dry storage, a fuel dock, pump-out, ships store, on-site marine service center and an on-site restaurant.

The deal is the fifth marina acquisition by the BlueWater and Bain Capital Real Estate joint venture and supports their strategy of building a Class A portfolio of coastal marina assets along the East Coast.
