Sustainable Green Team, Ltd. Acquires Regen Hubs and Related Entities

Sustainable Green Team, Ltd. (OTC: SGTM) completed the acquisition of Regen Hubs North America, Inc., Regen Hubs International, Inc., and HumiRock, LLC (collectively “Regen Hubs”) on July 1, 2024. SGTM said it will leverage Regen Hubs' soil-health expertise and established retail and institutional networks to expand distribution of its sustainable agricultural and soil products across U.S. and international markets.
