ITT Acquires Habonim

ITT Inc. acquired Habonim, a designer and manufacturer of industrial valves and actuators based in Kfar HaNassi, Israel, in an all-cash transaction valued at $140 million. Habonim (2021 sales $44 million) will join ITT's Industrial Process segment, expanding ITT's specialty valves portfolio — including cryogenic and hydrogen ball valves — and is expected to be accretive to consolidated EBITDA margin.

Atlas Copco Group Acquires Hycomp Inc. Technology

Atlas Copco Group has acquired the high-pressure oil-free compressor technology of Hycomp Inc., integrating it into the Professional Air division within the Compressor Technique business area. Hycomp, a privately owned Utah manufacturer north of Salt Lake City with about 37 employees and roughly $8M in 2023 revenue, will expand Atlas Copco's product range and capabilities in oil-free high-pressure compressors.

D.H.T. Holdings Acquires Rohr Gasoline Equipment

Reese-based D.H.T. Holdings, Inc. has acquired Byron Center-based Rohr Gasoline Equipment, Inc., a long-established provider of fuel station equipment installation, maintenance and tank services. The purchase, led by Calder Capital as adviser to Rohr, transfers ownership from Mitch Veenstra to D.H.T. to expand D.H.T.'s service capabilities in petroleum equipment and regional service-station support.

Triton Acquires Majority Stake in Kälte Eckert Group

Triton is investing alongside management (Michael and Holger Eckert) to support the company’s regional expansion and further develop its sustainable refrigeration capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Kiely’s water resources capabilities by adding ITT’s engineering, sludge dewatering and plant operations expertise to Kiely’s civil, development and equipment business units.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Acquires AST Turbo AG

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation has acquired all shares of AST Turbo AG, a Switzerland-based rotating equipment maintenance specialist. The deal is intended to strengthen Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor’s international field service capabilities and reduce turnaround times for parts replacement, repairs, and inspections after turbo machinery installation.
