Nordic private equity firm Axcel has acquired a majority stake in Swedish IT services provider AddPro AB from Adelis Equity Partners. The deal, terms undisclosed, transfers ownership of a company with ~SEK 800 million revenue and ~350 employees, enabling further geographic and capability expansion under Axcel.

EPSA Acquires AB&C Group (Netherlands)

EPSA has completed the acquisition of AB&C Group, a Netherlands-based consulting and interim management group, to strengthen its presence in the Benelux and accelerate international expansion. The deal closed on July 25, 2023 and was financed with debt plus additional equity from EPSA's existing and new financial investors.

Accenture Acquires SKS Group

Accenture has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize technology and meet regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA. Approximately 500 SKS Group professionals join Accenture Technology; financial terms were not disclosed.

ProAmpac Acquires IG Industries PLC and Brayford Plastics Ltd

ProAmpac, a Cincinnati-based flexible packaging company owned by Pritzker Private Capital, acquired UK-based IG Industries PLC and Brayford Plastics Ltd to expand its recyclable flexible packaging manufacturing capabilities and geographic reach across the United Kingdom and Europe. Terms were not disclosed; both businesses will adopt the ProAmpac brand and maintain operations at their U.K. manufacturing facilities.

Accenture to Acquire Ethica Consulting Group to Expand SAP Capabilities in Italy

IK Partners Invests in Plus que PRO
