Sylvester & Cockrum, LLC acquired Mechanical Systems Technology, Inc. (MST) in a tuck-in acquisition to expand its commercial HVAC and refrigeration services into the Myrtle Beach and greater coastal South Carolina market. MST’s founder, Scott Tripp, will remain with the business and lead day-to-day operations under Sylvester & Cockrum ownership.
