The transaction was supported by Synergy ECP's financial partner Falfurrias Management Partners and expands Synergy's technical capabilities across cloud migration, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and enterprise IT operations.

The transaction was funded/facilitated by Charlotte-based private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners and positions Synergy ECP to expand its capabilities into mission-focused cloud engineering, data analytics and SIGINT-related software.
