Synergy Global Housing Acquires Primestone Housing Solutions

Synergy Global Housing has agreed to acquire Primestone Housing Solutions, the corporate housing business unit of New York-based Primestone Partners, for an undisclosed amount. The deal expands Synergy’s U.S. footprint and client relationships with multifamily property managers and corporate relocation customers, while allowing Primestone Partners to focus on its core technology and advisory businesses.
