SYSPRO, a software provider for manufacturing and distribution, announced the acquisition of DATASCOPE, a U.S.-based warehouse management system (WMS) provider designed to align natively with the SYSPRO platform. The deal is intended to deepen SYSPRO’s warehouse and inventory management capabilities and deliver a more fully integrated, end-to-end ERP and WMS experience for global manufacturers and distributors.
