Take-Two Interactive Software has entered into a definitive agreement with Embracer Group to acquire The Gearbox Entertainment Company for $460 million. The deal consideration consists entirely of newly issued Take-Two common stock, and Gearbox will operate as a studio within 2K under founder and CEO Randy Pitchford.
