The Acacia Group Acquires TradeHelm to Build Nearshore Development Capability

The Acacia Group, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm, has acquired TradeHelm, an Argentina-based software development, DevOps and technology managed services provider with more than 300 employees. The deal creates a nearshore center of excellence to expand development and DevOps capacity for Acacia portfolio companies—working closely with portfolio company Highmetric—and positions Acacia to deliver more cost-effective, agile delivery to commercial clients.
