The Beauty Health Company (HydraFacial) Acquires Four International Distributors

The Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN) announced pending or completed acquisitions of four international, third-party HydraFacial distributors in Germany, Australia, France, and Mexico. The transactions total approximately $35 million, consisting of about $28 million in cash and $7 million in shares, and are expected to be immediately accretive to earnings, with some still subject to customary closing conditions.
