An investor group led by The Courtney Group, Incorporated has acquired a controlling interest in Peninsulators Inc. and its affiliates Peninsulators Northwest and A Shade Above. Lake Country Capital participated in the transaction; founders Ross Haisley and John Thomas retain ownership stakes and will continue in management roles as the company pursues geographic expansion and strategic growth initiatives.
