The Navigator Company Acquires Accrol Group Holdings plc

The Navigator Company has completed a recommended cash acquisition of 100% of Accrol Group Holdings plc, a leading UK tissue-paper converter, in a transaction valuing Accrol’s fully diluted equity at approximately £130.8 million (€152.1 million). The scheme became effective in May 2024 and strengthens Navigator’s position in the Western European tissue market by adding Accrol’s UK manufacturing and retail-facing capabilities.
