Thoma Bravo has made a majority growth investment in Cority, the Toronto-based provider of environmental, health, safety and quality (EHSQ) SaaS software. Existing investors Norwest Venture Partners and Georgian Partners re-invested portions of their stakes, and the capital will be used to accelerate product innovation and support organic and inorganic growth.
