Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL) will make a majority investment in Bynder, acquiring Insight Partners' stake to support Bynder's next phase of product innovation and global growth. Bynder, an Amsterdam-headquartered provider of cloud-native Digital Asset Management (DAM) software with ~500 employees and ~$100m ARR, will leverage THL's SaaS and automation expertise to scale its platform and partner ecosystem.
