AmeriLife Group, a national distributor of life, health and retirement solutions, agreed to a recapitalization led by Thomas H. Lee Partners with participation from Cannae Holdings and certain THL limited partners. THL is acquiring a majority stake from J.C. Flowers & Co. and other investors to provide financial flexibility and support AmeriLife's continued growth and strategic expansion.
