Tilting Point Acquires Majority Stake in Korea-Based AN Games

Tilting Point has acquired a majority stake in Korea-based game developer AN Games after a successful live-publishing partnership on the mobile strategy title ASTROKINGS. The deal strengthens Tilting Point’s presence in Korea and broader Asian markets while adding AN Games’ 4X strategy expertise and regional publishing experience to Tilting Point’s platform; AN Games will continue to operate independently.
