Tompkins Solutions and MSI Automate announced plans to merge to form a comprehensive end-to-end warehouse automation solutions provider. The combined company will retain the Tompkins Solutions brand and expand offerings across supply chain consulting, material handling/system integration, managed services, and warehouse software (WMS/WES/WCS). Grays Peak Capital and Valore Ventures are named as financial sponsors for the combined company.
