TotalEnergies Acquires 50% Stake in EPH’s Flexible Power Platform

TotalEnergies has signed an all-stock transaction with Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH) to acquire a 50% stake in EPH’s flexible power generation platform valued at €10.6 billion. The resulting 50/50 joint venture includes gas-fired, biomass, and battery assets across Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, and France, supporting TotalEnergies’ “Integrated Power” strategy and gas-to-power integration.
