True Sports (formerly True Temper Sports) announced the acquisition of ACCRA Golf Shafts and its parent, Premium Golf Management Co., as part of a corporate rebrand unifying shaft brands under the True Sports umbrella. The deal brings ACCRA into True Sports’ golf shaft division alongside True Temper and Project X to expand product offerings and strengthen the company’s position in performance golf equipment.

TZP Group Invests in True Lacrosse to Launch True Sports Group

Monomoy Capital Partners Acquires Sportech, Inc.

Monomoy Capital Partners has acquired Sportech, Inc., a Minnesota-based designer and manufacturer of cab components and thermoformed plastic assemblies for powersports, golf & turf, industrial and agriculture OEMs. Sportech operates three facilities in Minnesota and employs about 325 people; Monomoy said it will partner with management to drive continued operational and financial improvement.

W. Graeme Roustan Acquires TRUE Hockey from TRUE Temper Sports

W. Graeme Roustan has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TRUE Hockey, including related intellectual property and assets for TRUE Lacrosse and TRUE Baseball, from TRUE Temper Sports Inc. The transaction will transfer TRUE Hockey’s global operations and is expected to close within 60 days, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Clubessential Holdings Acquires BlueGolf
