Trystar, a portfolio company of Blackstone, has acquired Salient (formerly PSI Power & Controls / Salient Power Solutions) from LFM Capital. Salient is a Charlotte-headquartered OEM of custom switchgear and industrial controls serving data centers and other critical-power end markets; financial terms were not disclosed.
