Tuckahoe Holdings, a family-run diversified holding company based in Richmond, Virginia, has acquired Gateway Dealer Network (GDN), a Bobcat equipment dealership network headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, from Brightstar Capital Partners. GDN operates 31 locations across 10 U.S. states providing new and used equipment sales, parts & service, and rentals; the management team led by CEO John Hopper will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.
