Tucows Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Simply Bits, the largest fixed wireless network service company based in Tucson, Arizona. The deal will be executed through Ting Internet, which will assume Simply Bits’ infrastructure and customers and retain its employees while expanding Ting’s presence in Southern Arizona.
