Kerv, the LDC-backed cloud and digital transformation services provider, has acquired Gyrocom, a Surrey-based network and security integrator specialising in SD-WAN and SASE. The add-on expands Kerv's managed network and security capabilities and will see Gyrocom operate as Kerv's specialist networking and security division.

UPSTACK Acquires Signal Technology Group (RYSE Communications LLC)

UPSTACK, a New York–based digital infrastructure advisory platform, has acquired RYSE Communications LLC (dba Signal Technology Group), an independent technology advisory firm based in Utica, New York. Signal Technology Group's founder and CEO Rob Wuest will join UPSTACK as a Partner; terms were not disclosed.

Belgium-headquartered Amadys, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Austrian distributor SKG Netzwerktechnik GmbH and German wholesaler Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH as part of its buy-and-build expansion in the DACH region. The add-on deals broaden Amadys' footprint and product/ logistics capabilities to support accelerating FTTH and utility network roll-outs across Austria, Germany and Slovakia.

Clegg IV and a team that previously operated as The Clegg Group at UBS. The Kyros team (which oversaw roughly $370 million in AUM while at UBS) becomes an affiliate partner of Summit, gaining access to Summit's custody, technology, risk management and operational support while participating in Summit's cash monetization and equity partnership model.

Kyndryl Acquires Skytap; Sells SIS Business to Broadridge

Kyndryl announced it has acquired privately held Skytap to expand its hybrid cloud and workload migration capabilities, and separately entered a definitive agreement to sell its Securities Industry Services (SIS) business in Canada to Broadridge Financial Solutions. The moves are part of a portfolio optimization to deepen Kyndryl's mission-critical cloud offerings while divesting a noncore transaction-processing platform.
