UniFirst Corporation (NYSE: UNF) announced it is acquiring Clean Uniform for $300 million (net purchase price of about $260 million after expected incremental tax benefits). The transaction is expected to close in UniFirst’s third fiscal quarter ended May 27, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
