United Medical Imaging, a portfolio company of Sunny River Management, has acquired Assured Imaging (including Assured Imaging Women's Wellness of AZ, Assured Imaging Women's Wellness of WA, and Assured Imaging, LLC). The deal adds women's-focused diagnostic imaging capabilities to United Medical Imaging's platform; Assured Imaging CEO Rick Shafe will remain with the business to support continued growth.
