The deal (closed March 31, 2022) included 600 UK Limited, Colchester GmbH (Colchester Machine Tool Solutions), 600 Machinery Australia Pty Ltd and Clausing Industrial, Inc., and expands Timesavers' product offering and global distribution in metalworking and machine tools.
