Encore Oilfield Services, LLC has acquired Custom Compression Systems, LLC (formerly Williamson Production Systems), a New Iberia, Louisiana-based manufacturer of gas compression systems. The deal adds 103,000 square feet of manufacturing space, heavy lifting capacity (two 80-ton cranes and 70-foot eave heights) and access to 225,000 horsepower of Caterpillar natural gas engines through a partnership with Louisiana Cat, expanding Encore's compression packaging and manufacturing capabilities.

USA Compression Partners Completes Acquisition of J-W Power Company

USA Compression Partners LP (USAC) has completed its approximately $860 million acquisition of J-W Power Company. The deal expands USAC’s natural gas compression fleet by more than 0.8 million active horsepower across key U.S. regions, bringing total active horsepower to around 4.4 million and strengthening its customer base and mid-to-large horsepower capabilities.

Halifax Group Invests in Universal Air Conditioner

Co-CEOs Francisco Coll and Sophia Coll Crowley will remain in leadership and retain a significant ownership stake as Halifax provides the company’s first institutional capital to support expansion and platform-building in the automotive aftermarket.

Lion Equity Partners Acquires Global Compression Services from Warren Equipment Company

Lion Equity Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm, has acquired Global Compression Services (GCS) from Warren Equipment Company. GCS, headquartered in Midland, Texas, is a global distributor and manufacturer of OEM and aftermarket parts for reciprocating natural gas engines and compressors; Lion Equity said the acquisition will support growth, capability expansion, and operational improvements in the natural gas compression aftermarket.

Limbach Holdings Acquires Consolidated Mechanical (CMI) for $23M

Limbach Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LMB) acquired Consolidated Mechanical, Inc. (CMI) for an initial purchase price of $23 million with up to $2 million in contingent earn-outs. CMI, founded in Owensboro, Kentucky, is expected to contribute roughly $23 million of annualized revenue and $4 million of EBITDA beginning in 2025, expanding Limbach's industrial services footprint in Kentucky, Michigan, and Illinois and adding capabilities in power generation, food processing, manufacturing and metals markets.

Cooper Machinery Services Acquires ACI Services, Inc.
