Ad Populum, LLC has acquired Enesco, LLC from Balmoral Funds LLC; financial terms were not disclosed. Enesco, headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, is a long-established designer and wholesaler of gifts, home accents and collectibles (Department 56, Jim Shore, licensed brands) with an international distribution and e-commerce presence. The acquisition adds Enesco's brands and distribution capabilities to Ad Populum's portfolio of consumer and collectibles businesses.

Brixey & Meyer Capital (BMC) has acquired Universal Distribution Group (UDG), a Charlotte-based provider of aftermarket automotive shop equipment, installation, and field service. The deal is an add-on to BMC's automotive shop equipment platform—UDG's founder Josh Lyerly retains a stake and will remain in a leadership role—expanding the platform's geographic coverage and heavy-duty/collision repair capabilities across the Southeast.

RD Last Mile Holdings, LLC (doing business as ADL Final Mile), a final-mile delivery platform backed by Red Dog Equity, Monroe Capital and The Pritzker Organization, has acquired DMC Logistics, a regional final-mile and customized logistics provider serving the Southwest U.S. The acquisition expands ADL Final Mile's footprint in the Southwest (adding DMC’s service area across New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Utah) as an add-on to its growing platform.

AAR CORP. Acquires American Distributors (ADI)

AAR CORP. acquired American Distributors Holding Co., LLC (ADI) for $146 million in an all-cash transaction funded via AAR's existing revolving credit facility. ADI, a distributor of high-performance electronic components and provider of supply chain and manufacturing services headquartered in Randolph, New Jersey with ~400 employees and six locations across the US, UK, and India, will join AAR's Parts Supply segment to expand new parts distribution, OEM relationships, and drive margin improvement.

Barcel USA (Grupo Bimbo) Acquires Popcornopolis from NexPhase Capital

Terms were not disclosed; Popcornopolis — a gourmet, ready-to-eat popcorn manufacturer and DTC brand — will join Barcel USA's snack portfolio following NexPhase's 2019 investment and recent retail and e-commerce growth.
