Postman has acquired liblab, a developer platform that automates generation and maintenance of SDKs, to extend Postman’s API lifecycle capabilities and make automated SDK creation part of its integrated platform. The acquisition will allow Postman to offer SDKs-as-a-service to its large developer base and strengthen its position in the API-first and AI-ready API ecosystems.

8x8, Inc. Acquires Maven Lab to Expand APAC Messaging and CPaaS Capabilities

8x8, Inc. has acquired Maven Lab, a Singapore-based mobile marketing and enterprise messaging provider; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal will integrate Maven Lab's Moobidesk platform into the 8x8 Platform for CX to strengthen 8x8's APAC-native messaging, automation and customer engagement capabilities and support enterprise and public-sector communications at scale.

BrowserStack Acquires Requestly

Requestly will remain open-source and continue to serve its large developer community while BrowserStack integrates and accelerates its roadmap to add advanced interception, mocking, and debugging capabilities to its testing platform.

Datadog Acquires Undefined Labs

Bain & Company Acquires PiperLab

Bain & Company has acquired Madrid-based PiperLab, a provider of AI and machine learning solutions, to strengthen Bain's Advanced Analytics Group (AAG) and scale its technology and analytics capabilities across EMEA. PiperLab, founded in 2015, will form part of Bain’s AAG ecosystem and help deliver data-driven solutions to clients across industries including insurance, telecoms, utilities and logistics.

Accenture to Acquire Ookla

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Ookla, a Seattle-based network intelligence and connectivity analytics company known for Speedtest, Downdetector, Ekahau, and RootMetrics. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Accenture’s ability to deliver network intelligence and data-driven insights by integrating Ookla’s data platform with Accenture’s consulting and technology services.
