UPSTACK has acquired Performance Networks, a Denver-area telecommunications consulting firm, with terms not disclosed. Performance Networks' founder Shawn Nus will join UPSTACK as a partner as the team is integrated into UPSTACK's digital infrastructure platform to expand advisory and telecom sourcing capabilities.
