Novacap, a North American private equity firm, announced a partnership with Communications Tower Group I LLC (CTG), making CTG the third portfolio company within Novacap's Digital Infrastructure platform. CTG, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and founded in 2015, is a developer and operator of communications tower infrastructure focused on supporting wireless network deployments including 5G.

Macquarie Capital Invests in Phil-Tower Consortium Inc

Macquarie Capital (the advisory, capital markets and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group) has completed the financial close of an investment in Phil-Tower Consortium Inc (PhilTower), a fast-growing independent tower company in the Philippines. The investment will support PhilTower's aggressive rollout of more than 1,000 sites and enable geographic expansion to meet growing demand for 4G and 5G services.

BV Investment Partners Invests in CallTower

The capital—backed by debt financing from AB Private Credit Investors and Boundary Street Capital—is intended to accelerate CallTower's organic growth and support acquisitions; the parties anticipated closing in Q4 2023.

Berkshire Partners Acquires Majority Stake in TowerNorth
