Archer Acquires Flisk to Enter RMIS Market

Archer, an enterprise integrated risk management (GRC) provider based in Overland Park, Kansas, has acquired Austin-based RMIS technology startup Flisk to enter the risk management information system (RMIS) market. Flisk CEO Pablo Ninoles will join Archer as Director, RMIS Product Lead as the firms integrate RMIS capabilities into Archer's GRC platform to provide combined incident, claims, insurance policy and risk analytics.

ReSource Pro Acquires MIS Insurance Services

ReSource Pro, an insurance-focused business process and technology provider, has acquired MIS Insurance Services, a Maitland, Florida-based provider of policy administration software and web-based services for the commercial P&C insurance market. The acquisition (closed October 14, 2022) will enable ReSource Pro to deepen its policy administration and program-launch capabilities and expand MIS's reach through ReSource Pro's carrier, MGA and program administrator network.

The deal expands ReSource Pro’s compliance and licensing capabilities—adding SIS’s adjuster licensing expertise to ReSource Pro’s existing surplus lines tax, corporate and franchise tax reporting, and other regulatory services.

Ryan Specialty Group (RSGUM) Acquires Interstate Insurance Management, Inc.
