Aquiline Capital Partners Acquires Relation Insurance Services

Aquiline Capital Partners has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Relation Insurance Services from Parthenon Capital Partners and Century Equity Partners. Relation, a Walnut Creek-based insurance brokerage with nearly 500 employees and more than 30 locations, will remain led by CEO Joe Tatum and COO Ed Page and will pursue continued organic growth and strategic acquisitions under Aquiline's ownership.
