Mammoth Holdings Acquires Coastal Carwash

Mammoth Holdings LLC acquired three operating express conveyor car wash locations in Florida from Coastal Carwash and signed an agreement to purchase three additional locations under development. Lulu's founders Carlos Marban and Robert Black made significant equity investments in Mammoth as part of the transaction, which expands Mammoth's network across I-20 into South Carolina and further builds out its multi-brand platform backed by Red Dog Equity.
