BMS CAT, the disaster recovery division of Blackmon Mooring, has acquired Stratton Restoration, a Gilbert, Arizona-based provider of fire and water damage remediation. The acquisition marks BMS CAT's entrance into Arizona and expands the company's national footprint as part of its ongoing strategic roll-up of regional restoration firms.

Blackmon Mooring & BMS CAT (BMS CAT) has acquired Highland Construction, adding Highland’s three eastern North Carolina locations (Fayetteville, Raleigh and Wilmington) to BMS CAT’s existing North Carolina footprint. The acquisition expands BMS CAT’s restoration and reconstruction capabilities in the state and brings Highland’s residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction expertise into the combined platform.

BMS CAT Acquires Guardian Restoration

The business will be bolted on to BMS CAT's Tampa team to expand service coverage and strengthen BMS CAT's footprint in West Central Florida.

BMS CAT Acquires Accent Property Restoration

Blackmon Mooring & BMS CAT has acquired Accent Property Restoration, a Milwaukee-based restoration, mitigation and reconstruction firm founded in 2008 by Dean Rossey. The acquisition is the ninth in BMS CAT’s strategic roll-up plan and will integrate Accent’s local team and capabilities into BMS CAT’s national disaster recovery and restoration platform.

BMS CAT Acquires Diamond Restoration

BMS CAT Acquires Legacy Services Corp.

The deal expands BMS CAT's commercial and residential restoration and HVAC/cooling-tower cleaning capabilities in the Upper Midwest and is the company's 12th acquisition in the past four years.
