Terms were not disclosed; Vaaler — a third‑generation, family‑owned agency with 81 employees across Grand Forks, Fargo and Bismarck (ND) and Fosston (MN) — will continue to be led by CEO Bruce Vaaler as MMA expands its Upper Midwest footprint.
