MAP Health Management, a provider of virtual peer support services, has acquired CARMAhealth, a primary care and behavioral health management organization headquartered in Austin, Texas. The acquisition expands MAP's capabilities to deliver integrated virtual and in-person primary medical and behavioral healthcare, combining peer-led support with medical director services, telepsychiatry, MAT, and other clinical offerings to improve patient outcomes for people with substance use and behavioral health needs.

Ideagen Acquires ProcessMAP

SPS Commerce, a Minneapolis-based retail cloud services provider, acquired the MAPADOC business (an operating unit of SWK Technologies/SilverSun Technologies) for $11.5 million in cash. The purchase adds MAPADOC’s EDI system automation capabilities and deeper ERP integrations for the Sage and Acumatica markets to SPS Commerce’s retail trading network and cloud platform.
