Crossplane Capital Acquires Griffin Dewatering

Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital has completed a control acquisition of Griffin Dewatering, a Houston-headquartered provider of dewatering and water treatment services for large-scale construction, infrastructure and industrial projects. Griffin, founded in 1934 and operating from 11 locations nationwide, will partner with Crossplane to expand its complex dewatering, water treatment capabilities and national water-management platform; the company was previously a portfolio company of The CapStreet Group.
