Gryphon Investors has acquired Vision Innovation Partners (VIP), a multi‑specialty eye care platform headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, from Centre Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. VIP operates more than 60 clinics and 11 ambulatory surgery centers with 140+ practitioners, and Gryphon will partner with management and physician equity holders to support continued platform growth and additional acquisitions.
