Sansei Technologies Acquires Majority Stake in FORREC

Japan-based Sansei Technologies has taken a majority share in Toronto-headquartered experience design firm FORREC to deepen capabilities in attractions, rides and immersive experiences. The strategic partnership will allow FORREC to expand its client base, access new markets and integrate Sansei's ride and attraction expertise while FORREC continues to operate as a separate company under its existing management.
