The deal expands BELAY's financial solutions capabilities (including fractional CFO and ecommerce accounting) and is supported by BELAY's private equity backer, Tenex Capital Management.

The deal brings Accountfully’s expertise in inventory-based businesses (notably CPG) and income tax services into BELAY’s flexible staffing and financial services portfolio, and creates growth opportunities for Accountfully’s team.

Beacon Pointe Advisors acquired three registered investment advisor teams—Financial Planning Solutions (Newton, MA), Voyager Wealth Management (Lake Geneva, WI), and InvestmentHunter Wealth Services (Argyle/Fort Worth, TX)—bringing the firm's assets under advisement to approximately $62 billion. The transactions closed in November and December 2025 and add ~$350M, ~$229M, and ~$153M in client assets respectively while expanding Beacon Pointe's national footprint and advisory capabilities.

The deal adds roughly 16 tax professionals and two new offices (Holywood and Dungiven), expanding Ryan's regional capability in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and strengthening its corporate tax incentives and compliance offering.
