Assured Healthcare Partners has acquired California Specialty Pharmacy (CSP), a Whittier, California-based specialty infusion pharmacy, with White Oak Healthcare Finance providing a senior credit facility to support the transaction. CSP, founded in 2008, serves over 10,000 patients and provides specialty pharmacy, infusion services and pharmacy benefit management to health plans and physician groups.

Partners Group Acquires Wedgewood Pharmacy from New Harbor Capital

Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager, has acquired a majority stake in Wedgewood Pharmacy from New Harbor Capital. Wedgewood is a leading U.S. compounding pharmacy for animal health that employs over 700 people across multiple states and serves tens of thousands of veterinarians and hundreds of thousands of pet owners; the deal closed April 1, 2021.

Sycamore Partners Acquires Walgreens Boots Alliance

CareRx Acquires Hogan Pharmacy Partners Ltd.

CareRx Corporation entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire Hogan Pharmacy Partners Ltd., a technology-enabled long-term care pharmacy serving about 725 residents in Ontario. The consideration includes C$2.2 million in CareRx common shares and a C$2.2 million vendor take-back note; CareRx expects the deal to close in May 2022 and to be immediately accretive to earnings while extending its technology and service capabilities for seniors' congregate care.
