iSolved HCM Acquires Sage Payroll Solutions (U.S. payroll outsourcing business)

The deal adds more than 44,000 payroll customers and expands iSolved's employer reach to roughly 145,000, accelerating iSolved's midmarket HCM growth while enabling Sage to divest a non-core unit as it focuses on its SaaS strategy.

Workday, the Pleasanton, California-based enterprise cloud applications company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, an AI-powered talent orchestration provider headquartered in New York. The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.
